PROCESSING TIME This is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. The Estimated processing time is 7-10 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday. ALL Orders must go through the Processing stage regardless of being picked up or shipped. Please allow the FULL 7-10 business days for processing. During our Peak Season (October to May processing may exceed the 7-10 business days) ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once an order has been fully processed. Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service or UPS. First Class shipping is for items under one pound and can take 2-5 days to arrive. USPS Priority & UPS Ground shipping are for items over one pound and can take 2-3 days to arrive. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the United States Postal Service or UPS.

Likes…. Great starter pack for new initiate into an organization. Had a few things that could definitely pose useful as probate gifts! HOWEVER,

Now for the Dislikes…. Be prepared to NOT receive when needed. I ordered on May 7, processed on May 8. First notification was May 14. NOTHING ELSE UNTIL JUNE 7 @ 325pm, saying ready for pickup in 5 business days (and they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays)

To make matters worse is I ordered items from other vendors in order states AFTER ordering this starter pack BUT SOMEHOW RECEIVED THEM ALL BEFORE RECEIVING THIS STARTER PACK. This was very disappointing to say the least, as we are right in the same city!

However I am extremely grateful that I always have a backup plan by ordering other gifts and didn’t wait for this starter pack with hopes that it would be on time…..

If you’re not purchasing directly in store to walk out with items in your hand, my suggestion is NOT to order anything that has to be shipped.
