Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted within TEN (10) Business days of Purchasing In Store, Delivery, or Pick Up of items. The Customer is responsible for shipping back to us of any item(s) they wish to return/exchange and for the shipping cost to ship the new item back to them.

Effective, Feb. 13, 2023... Returns/Exchanges will incur a per item Restocking Fee. Items up to $25.00 will have a Restock Fee of $10.00. Items $26.00 to $100.00 will have a Restock Fee of $25.00. Items over $100.00 will have a restock fee of $50.00.

Returns/Exchanges are limited to One per item. (ie, if you purchase a Small, return.exchange for a Medium.. you can not return/exchange again for a Large. The Medium will be the one & only return/exchange)

If the Return/Exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping to return the item back to us and the shipping to send the new item to the customer and no Restock Fee will be incurred. 

ALL Customer requested Cancellations or refunds will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card to be used on our website. ONLY Refunds for items that are out of stock will be refunded to the original payment method. 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to make a change to your order, please call us within 24 hours at 803-708-2961 OR 803-216-5524 to ensure the issue is resolved. Email is NOT the best way to ensure a change will be made to your order. Changes nor Cancellations to orders can not be made after the 24 hour period.
