PROCESSING TIME This is the time we need to Prepare an order for shipping. The Estimated processing time is 7-10 business days. Our business days are Wednesday through Friday. ALL Orders must go through the Processing stage regardless of the type of shipping method chosen. (Choosing Priority shipping does not mean the order will bypass the Processing time. Once the order is processed, we will ship it with the shipping method chosen). Please allow the FULL 7-10 business days for processing. During our Peak Season (October to May processing may exceed the 7-10 business days)
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES ALL Orders, regardless of shipping method chosen, must go thru the processing time frame. Once an order has been fully processed, Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service or UPS as chosen by the customer. First Class shipping is for items under one pound and can take 2-5 days to arrive. USPS Priority & UPS Ground shipping are for items over one pound and can take 2-3 days to arrive. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the United States Postal Service or UPS.
Lost, Stolen, Missing Packages Need Nalia? is NOT responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, and/or damaged please contact USPS or UPS, (whichever was used to ship the item) as a claim would have to be filed with that entity.
Returned Due to Insufficient and/or Incorrect Address If your order is returned due to insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee within 3 Business days or your order will be returned to stock and a refund will NOT be granted.
Store Pick Up Orders
Once notified, Your order Must be picked up within Five (5) Business Days of this email. If it is not picked up within 5 Business days, there will be a $20.00 fee assessed that must be paid before the order is released for Pick-Up. If the $20.00 storage fee is assessed you will have Seven (7) Business Days to pick up the order or it will be returned to stock and no refunds will be given. Please Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
