Cheap

The sweatshirt looks nice (like it’s picture), however, when purchasing a sweatshirt, I expect something that will be thick enough to keep me warm. This one is poorly made. It’s extremely thin and NOT worth the amount of money I paid for it. I reached out to the express my concerns and my email was ignored.

Hello. You emailed us on Feb. 9th at 1:05pm and we responded on Feb. 9th at 1:43pm. Attached was our reply to your email "We are sorry you feel that way. We only use Hanes Brand sweatshirts & shirt because they are quality items, unlike Gildan and some other cheap brands. We actually just tested the sweatshirt to see if we could see through it and we could not see the number of fingers our associates had up". Thank you for your feedback. This item is a thich Unisex Sweatshirt that can not be seen through.
