PROCESSING TIME
This is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. The Estimated processing time is 7-10 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday. ALL Orders must go through the Processing stage regardless of being picked up or shipped. Please allow the FULL 7-10 business days for processing. During our Peak Season (October to May processing may exceed the 7-10 business days)
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Once an order has been fully processed. Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service or UPS. First Class shipping is for items under one pound and can take 2-5 days to arrive. USPS Priority & UPS Ground shipping are for items over one pound and can take 2-3 days to arrive. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the United States Postal Service or UPS.
