Awful

This sweater runs too small. The advertisement does not even suggest that I size up. When asked to exchange for bigger size via email. The owner refused. I paid over $100 for this sweater. I have purchased from this vendor before, but going forward I will never purchase from this vendor. The vendor uses the excuse of COVID-19. We are almost 2 years post COVID. Customer service is awful! If you purchase from this vendor, BUYER BE AWARE! You will not get your MONE BACK for RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS!
